HOME CAPTAIN IS RESPONSIBLE for the emailing of the final results to [email protected] by the following day.
Please print blank match reports. from the download section of web site.
1. Please WRITE LEGIBLY, especially in the allstar section.
2. THE HOME TEAM GOES ON THE RIGHT! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! If you realize you've filled the sheet out backwards, please transfer the scores to another sheet in the correct format.
3. REVIEW YOUR PHOTO BEFORE SUBMITTING. If you can't read it, we can't read it. This includes allstar points.
4. Please FILL REPORT OUT COMPLETELY. All sheets must include: WEEK#, DIVSION, DATE and BOTH TEAM NAMES.
5. Also remember that BOTH CAPTAINS MUST SIGN the report and the TOTAL MATCH POINTS MUST BE FILLED OUT.
